Welcome as the future owner of "TinwiLight"! As a first step, we will discuss the occasion for which you are buying, what your exact vision is.

The production time for lamps, jewellery or paintings is a minimum of one to two weeks, depending on the order, plus the time for postal delivery. Please note that these are handmade items and the volume of orders may affect lead times, so place your order as soon as possible.

Your order will become final once payment has been received. You can only pay by bank transfer. Please remember to include your name, the name of the product ordered and the invoice number in the payment message field. You will be notified in writing when payment is received.

I will then prepare your product and send you a photo of it.

You can of course exercise your right of withdrawal, in which case the work already started will be deducted from the amount already paid, the rest will be refunded.

In the case of in-stock products, I will send the ordered product by postal parcel post after receipt of the transfer, in the case of new products, after fulfilment. The parcel service will send a notification to the contact details provided.

The finished product can also be collected in person at the contact point.
